How to reach a real person fast
The dashboard at /dashboard/ shows your tenants. From there, opening a ticket lands it in the queue you need. Be specific in the title — "discord-bot dropped scam-flag reaction in chillxand-server" beats "bot broke" by a wide margin.
Status & uptime
Service status is posted at https://master.manyrealms.me/. If the site is down, our DM channel is the fallback — you'll have a verify URL on the latest message you got from us; even if the site is hiccuping, that link will eventually resolve.
